Accommodation in Cyprus offers a wide variety from the luxurious super elite villas and 5 star hotels to a simple room in a traditional village house. It all depends on what type of holiday you are looking for.

The underlying theme for our properties is to allow our guests to experience The Real Cyprus and the warmth and friendly atmosphere of the communities of our traditional villages.

We have chosen properties that offer the best from humble to luxurious, however they all have some basic standard requirements - well managed - customer care is paramount - friendly service and spotlessly clean and ready to recieve guests.

We endeavour  in the description of our properties to make sure our guests have a clear understanding of what they are booking. If at any time you are not clear please send Chris an email or give her a call and she will be only too happy to assist you.

All our properties have numerous photos that will assist guests to see exactly what their accommodation will look like and be able to make their own decisions.

Most of our properties fall into the villa and apartment categories. Many of the village properties in the villa category means a detached property or occassionally a semi-detached residence. Villas may be in a development complex or many are Apartments are usually within a building that may have from one to numerous apartments but in some of the small villages an apartment may be just one as part of a large village house. These details are included in the property description.

We do ask our owners to supply a comprehensive list of features for their properties and some good quality photographs. We encourage our potential guests to check these thoroughly so that there are no disappointments on arrival. The time for questions is before arrival not on the day of arrival. This will allow us to make an alternative suggestion for accommodation.

We endeavour to view all properties before listing them, however some distant locations make this difficult within the time constraints.
